Westminster School STEM competition winners

The Westminster School students have certainly taken to the PRC STEM challenge sponsored by Inspiring SA, with 249 entering the competition. Congratulations to winners Christina, Kate and Adelle and runners up Eden, Sterling and Janet for their fabulous entries. They received family Zoo passes, beautiful books and book vouchers for their creativity.. Their creations were inspired by a PRC book. Here is what a few of the students said…

“It was extremely fun making and designing a poster as well as the fact that I learnt great and funny facts about penguins along the way.” – Janet
“Making something from nothing can CREATE everything!” – Adelle
“If you have knowledge then that power can have a great impact.” – Kate

A big thank you to all of the teachers at Westminster who participated and in particular to Ms Julia Baldwin, Teacher Librarian who does such a great job each year.

We are looking forward to seeing what students from Westminster can do next year!
