Great time at Goodwood

On Monday of week 6, we had Mike Dumbleton come to our school and talk about his books and the meaning behind them. He was engaging and humorous and read us “Passing On” and “The Muddled-up Farm”.
Mike told us the back stories about these two books, which he connected with on a personal level. When we asked questions, he answered in detail.
Mike has been a teacher for 30+ years and wrote all of his books in his spare time around teaching and raising a family.
We are very fortunate to have authors visit our school and inspire us to read more.
