Nick is pretty short, perhaps the shortest kid on the planet, which makes him easy bait for Bully-Boy Roy. Roy has issues according to the school counsellor but this doesn’t help Nick much. The school janitor suggests joining the Safety Patrol as a strategy so Nick, Molly and Karl become the Odd Squad and work on defeating Roy. This is a very funny story full of Michael Fry’s cartoon like illustrations.
