Competitions

PRC Competitions

Each year the PRC promotes reading in a range innovative ways and offer engaging opportunities. Competitions add interest for students and schools and provide a focus within the Challenge. The following competitions will be conducted this year.

STEM COMPETITION

Students can create a poster or an invention about the STEM book they have read and submit it for the chance to win fantastic prizes.

READ ALOUD COMPETITION

Do you have a student who is a fabulous reader?

Would they like to read a passage of their favourite book at the Premier’s Reception in November? The audience, including the Premier, ambassadors and representatives from 50 schools would love to hear them read.

INDONESIAN COMPETITION

Students who read a PRC book about Indonesia or in Indonesian and submit a book review will receive a certificate to commemorate their effort.
