Last year (2024) a fantastic 123,354 students completed the Premier’s Reading Challenge- 48.0% of all South Australian students completed the Premier’s Reading Challenge
- 96% of all schools in the State participated in the Challenge
- 50.1% of participants were female and 49.9% were male
- Over 1.48 million books were read by Challenge students
- Since the Challenges started in 2004,
- over 29.2 million books have been read
- 2.4 million awards have been presented
