STEM Competition

The Premier’s Reading Challenge and partners are teaming up again to challenge students to read about Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) in the lead up to National Science Week. The reading and design competition started in 2016 and regularly receives over 3000 entries. The competition closes end of term 2.

THE TASK

Choose one of the categories (STEM, Nature, Space, Renewable Energy) and draw, create a poster or invention or write a review about the PRC book you have read.

PRIZES

All students will receive a certificate of participation. A selection of prizes including passes to the Adelaide Zoo, Cleland Wildlife Park and Science Alive! and books, book vouchers, vouchers for the South Australian Museum gift shop will be awarded to the best individual entry and runner up for each age group and to the school with the most entries.
